Instructions - How to make a Warranty Claim for a defective product:
- Determine your product is eligible under the warranty terms. (see below)
- Download and print the Warranty Claim Form PDF below.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
- When your request is approved, you will receive a RMA number to include on the Warranty Form.
- Follow the instruction on the downloaded Warranty Claim Form.
We will notify you when we receive your returned item.

Warranty duration Summary. Most products we sell have either a 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, 1 year, or Lifetime, Limited Warranty. The product's warranty is listed on the product page on our website. Please read below for Warranty Coverage details and terms.
- Products that are returned under warranty will be replaced with an identical product when available, or a comparable product when the same type product is not available.
- Warranty returns will only be refunded if a replacement product is not available.
- Return shipping cost is not included in warranty coverage.
- Refund amount will never exceed the returned products purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping cost paid.
Limited Warranty coverage (United States and Canada only)
The Limited Warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer. If a part fails during the warranty period, we will replace the part or issue a refund, at our discretion. Limited warranties are made to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.
Limited Warranties coverage duration, including Lifetime Limited Warranty
The Limited Warranty begins when you purchase a product, and lasts for the length of time described in the product’s warranty. To determine how long your Limited Warranty lasts, please refer to the product’s listing page on our website. Coverage terminates, at the end of the applicable warranty period or earlier if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle using the product. If a product is replaced under this warranty (“defective product”), a replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period. This remainder of the warranty period for installed vehicle parts shall terminate immediately if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of your vehicle that had the defective product, or if you install or use the replacement product on another vehicle.
Limited Warranty does not cover
ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD, CHEMICAL FALLOUT, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS); (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWER-SPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR POWER-SPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; OR (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MARINE USE.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES, WHICH ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WC PARTS SOURCE LLC FOR ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES.
