Warranty

  • Products returned under warranty will be replaced with an identical or comparable product if available.
    If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued.

  • Return shipping cost is not covered by the warranty.

  • Refund amount will not exceed the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping cost.

  • It usually take 7-14 days for a replacement part to be shipped or a refund issued.

Limited Warranty coverage (United States only):

Covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product as supplied by the manufacturer.
If a part fails during the warranty period, it will be replaced or refunded.
Limited warranties are made to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable.

Limited Warranties coverage duration, including Lifetime Limited Warranties:

Begins at purchase and lasts for the length of time described in the product’s warranty (30 days, 90 days, 1 year or Lifetime).
Coverage terminates at end of applicable warranty period or earlier if ownership of vehicle using Product is transferred.
Replacement product: Covered for 30 days from exchange date or remainder of warranty period (whichever is greater)

Limited Warranties do not cover:

ANY PRODUCT THAT FAILS DUE TO (i) ACCIDENT OR COLLISION; (ii) IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR SERVICE; (iii) COMBINATION OF THE PRODUCT WITH OTHER THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT(S) WHICH FAIL; (iv) ABUSE, MISUSE, MODIFICATION, OR NEGLECT; (v) FAILURE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS; (vi) AN ACT OF GOD (SUCH AS A FLOOD, CHEMICAL FALLOUT, SALT, HAIL OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS); (vii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR POWER-SPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR POWER-SPORTS, OFF-ROAD, OR RACING PURPOSES; OR (viii) INSTALLATION OR USE ON VEHICLES USED FOR MARINE PURPOSES WHERE SUCH PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR MARINE USE. THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR, TOWING, OR RENTAL CAR CHARGES, WHICH ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WC PARTS SOURCE LLC FOR ANY PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES. WC PARTS SOURCE LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
