Shipping Damage

Occasionally items are damaged during shipping. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery of receiving the order.

We will start an insurance claim and contact you with information on how to schedule carrier pick up of the damaged item and associated materials.

Damaged items will be replaced with the same type item if available. If the same type item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Important: Please keep all package contents including packaging material and the shipping container for inspection by the carrier. The carrier will pick up the shipment for inspection. You must comply with these requirements to receive a replacement item or refund.
