Payment Policy

Creating an account
Creating an account allows you to easily track your order's progress during ordering, processing, and shipping, as well as monitor returns. The same information needed to place an order is required to create an account, with the only addition being a password. With an account, you can view all order details on our website.

Order processing times
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. If it takes longer than two business days, we will notify you. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. See - Get it Fast! for more details.

Ordering cancelling
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. A non-refundable 5% processing fee applies, or 10% if the order has been processed for shipping. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. For
PayPal payments payments, their fees are non-refundable if the order is canceled at your request. Bulk purchases, Bulk pre-paid orders have a different cancellation policy listed below.

Signature Required Shipments
For security, a signature may be required upon delivery. It's best to ship to the billing address. For business addresses, include an "Attention to" name.

Returns
We offer a hassle-free return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days unless stated otherwise in the item description. For more details, see our Return Policy

 Returns, Refunds and Title
We do not take procession to returned items until the item arrives at our return location.

Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused or orders canceled after item(s) have shipped may be subject to a 10% percent restocking fee and shipping costs.

Damaged Items
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please keep all package contents including packaging material for inspection by the carrier. See - Shipping Damage for more information.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for all physical items pass to you once we deliver them to the carrier, as per our shipment contract.

Wrong shipping address
You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or invalid addresses.

Lost in transit Items, Domestic - We'll assist in locating your lost item and, when possible, file an insurance claim on your behalf. See Lost or Missing package

Lost in transit Items, International - We'll help locate your lost item and file an insurance claim when possible. To reduce the risk of loss, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail over USPS First-Class Package International Service. See Lost or Missing package

Package theft - "Porch theft" is treated as a crime and will be thoroughly investigated. Our insurance carrier and USPS Postal Inspector (for USPS deliveries) aggressively pursue such claims. You may need to provide a sworn affidavit, and filing a police report is recommended—sometimes required. For more information see Package shown as delivered but never received.

Defective Items

Product Disclaimer
The purchaser must inspect products before installation. WC Parts Source LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury, including from product defects. Some products are not D.O.T. approved or intended for street use. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold WC Parts Source LLC harmless from any claims arising from the installation or use of purchased products.

Trade Marks and Copyrights
All symbols and other are registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All others are property of WC Parts Source LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service
We may refuse service if it creates an excessive customer support burden or if the items are unavailable. Orders may also be canceled if fraud is suspected. If your order is canceled, a full refund will be issued. Service will not be refused based on race, color, religion, national origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.

Timely communication response from you when utilizing our repair or rebuild service:
When using our repair/rebuild service, you must respond to our requests or questions within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). If you do not respond after two contact attempts, we reserve the right to make decisions on your behalf, and you accept our decision as final.

Electronic Signatures:
You agree to use electronic signatures and contracts and accept the terms and conditions provided.
 
Limit to our Liability: Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the merchandise or service purchased. We are not liable for safety equipment performance or inaccuracies on our website. Verify any information you find.

The purchaser must inspect products before installation. Neither the seller nor WC Parts Source LLC is responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, including from product defects. Some products are not D.O.T. approved for street use. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the installation or use of our products.

Choice of Laws, Waiver, and Claims:
This agreement is governed by California law. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive it. If a court finds any provision invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. Disputes must be submitted in writing within one year of the transaction and filed in California. You waive defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenience.

Feedback & Comments
Comments on the website are screened and moderated by WC Parts Source LLC. We may refuse or modify comments that are illegal, inappropriate, or inaccurate.

Miscellaneous:
You are responsible for providing and updating your contact information. Emails from us are considered received and provide due notice as required. We may change these Terms and Conditions and website content at any time. Our business is governed by California law. We may adjust time frames or request additional information to comply with laws and regulations, or due to technical difficulties and acts of God. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Bulk orders: A bulk order is defined as any order with 10 or more units of a single SKU. Canceled bulk orders paid with PayPal will have the refund reduced by PayPal's non-refundable processing fee. We recommend using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, or Diners Club for bulk orders.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or require verification of information without prior notice.

Bulk pre-order orders:
Bulk pre-orders of 10 or more units cannot be canceled or returned. Warranty coverage remains unaffected. You may cancel and request a refund if: (1) the order is not shipped within 30 days of the expected release date, or (2) the manufacturer delays shipment by more than 60 days from the expected release date.

Bulk pre-order payment method:
Bulk pre-orders cannot be paid with PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay; such orders will be canceled and refunded. PayPal payment will be reduced by PayPal's non-refundable processing fee. Acceptable payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. Businesses can inquire about bulk discounts or a business line of credit.

Product Information Accuracy:
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability but may correct errors and update information without prior notice, even after your order is submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Site Policies and Modifications:
We may change our site, policies, Service Terms, and Conditions of Use at any time. If any condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining conditions will remain in effect.
