The top reasons a credit card is declined are:

  1. The credit card Billing address zip code does not match the credit card statement zip code.
    TIP #1: Make sure the billing address is correct. This may be different than the ship to address.
    TIP #2: The credit billing address is usually the address the credit card statement comes to.

If you are still having problems with the credit card being declined, an alternative is to use one of these options:

  • Use a different credit card
  • PayPal
  • Amazon Pay
  • Apple Pay (visible only on Apple devices)
  • Google Pay
