Payment Help & Declined Charges
If your credit card was declined, it is most often due to a simple data entry error. Please check the following two common issues before attempting the charge again:
1. Billing Address Mismatch
The Billing Zip Code entered must exactly match the address where your credit card statement is delivered.
Pro-Tip: Your Billing Address is often different from your Shipping Address. Ensure you have unchecked the "Same as Shipping" box if your statement goes to a different location (like a PO Box).
2. Incorrect CVV Code
Ensure the 3 or 4-digit security code from the back (or front) of your card is entered correctly. This is a common typo that results in an immediate decline by the bank.
