Order processing and shipping time frame
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after the order is placed. If your order will take longer than two business days to process and ship, we will contact you. When your order is processed to ship, it will be updated with tracking information. You will receive an email at the email address used when the order was placed indicating that your order has shipped. See shipping Transit times for more information
How can I receive free shipping? Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time on individual products and site-wide. These promotions may require a coupon code or be automatically applied. Items with free shipping will have this option at checkout. Free shipping based on a minimum order amount will be available when the threshold is reached. Some items with fixed shipping charges may not be eligible for free shipping.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We utilize three primary shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. However, there are instances where the initially selected shipping method during the ordering process may not be feasible due to errors or other issues. In such cases, we reserve the right to modify the chosen shipping method after an order has been placed. If this adjustment occurs, we will select a comparable alternative and promptly notify you via email when the order is processed for shipping. For example, an order initially set for USPS Ground Advantage may be changed to USPS Priority Mail, or an order involving UPS shipping to Hawaii or Puerto Rico might be adjusted to USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
Can I get my order shipped using expedited shipping?
USPS Priority Mail is the fastest shipping option available. Shipping times are typically 1-3 days to most location in the US.
Can my order ship to a different address than my credit card billing address? In some cases, orders can be shipped to an address different from the credit card billing address. We evaluate such orders on a case-by-case basis and may contact you by phone during our evaluation process. If we cannot process your order due to this type of request, we will notify you.
Do you shipping international, or to APO, FPO, addresses?
Yes. Most items can be shipped internationally and to APO and FPO. A few items may be too large or prone to shipping damage and are not available to ship internationally or to APO and FPO.
Tracking Information Delay:
Carriers may take up to 24 hours to update tracking information on their websites. If tracking results are not immediately available, there’s no need to worry. Your package could be in transit even before you receive the email with tracking details. Additionally, orders shipped late in the day might not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day. Occasionally, when a package is picked up, it may fail to receive a pick-up scan. However, it usually gets scanned and appears in tracking within 48 hours.
Can you help diagnose a problem with my vehicle? We are unable to assist in diagnosing problems with your vehicle. Our policy is to avoid selling unnecessary parts. For an accurate diagnosis, we recommend consulting a professional who has direct access to the vehicle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? USA estimated shipping transit times:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days, USPS Ground Advantage 2–5 business days. Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations) may receive slower service.
- FedEx and UPS Ground: 1-5 days.
- Bad weather and other factors can extend these usual transit times.

Lost package, delays: In rare instances, packages may experience substantial delays beyond the estimated delivery times, over which we have no control. If you haven’t received your item within four weeks, we will classify it as a lost package. Rest assured, we will collaborate with you to assist in locating the package. However, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for lost packages shipped internationally.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Shipments:
- USPS Shipments: When sending packages internationally via USPS, your country’s customs authorities will usually collect taxes, fees, and duties before delivery. It’s essential to understand that we do not collect these costs; they are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
- FedEx or UPS Shipments to Canada: Additionally, for shipments to Canada via FedEx or UPS, a brokerage fee may apply. Please be aware that we have no control over these fees.
